This is a long term consulting opportunity with our direct client in Raritan, NJ for an SAP OTC Project Manager. This is a hybrid position that will require the consultant to be on-site in Raritan, NJ approximately 30% of the time.
The project duration will be 12 months to start.
This person will be liaising between the Business and IT, and will be required to perform some Functional Analyst type duties (user stories, requirements, etc.).
The client is currently using Great Plains for their OTC processes (support will end in 2026) and will be moving to SAP. They have just completed the requirements gathering phase and will be consolidating the requirements so when this person comes in, they can begin working alongside IT as they start the design phase, making sure the solution is scalable and will work with downstream systems. They will also be working with the Master Data team and contracting team.
They right candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP OTC, from a functional perspective (not on the transactional side), and also be able to understand the end to end business process and upstream and downstream implications.

Key responsibilities
- Work with Business on translating their specs to user stories
- Understanding of current state then end to end process mapping for the future state
- Build process flows
- Participate in the demo, making sure they understand the solution
- End to end process mapping for future state. Partner with IT in design sessions and lead business process design efforts.
- Partner with IT, MDM, EDI, ICS, JDE to confirm business requirements, BST and UAT testing.
- Project oversight to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Identify change impact and engage appropriate teams to drive process changes and solutions.
- Manage the tester s deliverables.
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
- Expertise in SAP, Order to Cash processes.
