Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of applications, specifically focusing on AEM. This position requires a deep understanding of AEM, including forms, assets, and sites, and involves application testing responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business functions to align technology solutions with organizational strategies.
• Gather and document requirements from business units, translating them into technical specifications for programmers and developers.
• Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to assist in decision-making for system implementation.
• Leverage knowledge of business functions to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and optimize one or more complex business processes.
• Participate as a project team member on multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, providing technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Conduct application testing for AEM applications, ensuring functionality and user acceptance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) forms, assets, and sites—this is a crucial requirement for this role.
• Familiarity with basic programming languages to read and comprehend code and functions.
• Proven ability to develop business solutions that enhance competitive advantage.
• Excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving and solution development.
• Project management skills to manage diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues and understand complex details.
• Proven track record of increasing operational efficiency through high-quality technical solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders at various technical knowledge levels.

Additional Information

• This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance in Owings Mills, MD, two days a week starting from week one.
