Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience, with a strong background in Python/Django, React, and Azure.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in Python and Django to develop and maintain applications. Expertise in React and Azure is crucial.
• Project Delivery: Work on high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality of code.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Problem-Solving: Address complex technical problems, provide effective solutions, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, code, and architectural decisions.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Python/Django: Minimum of 70% experience with Python/Django for one profile.
• React: Minimum of 30% experience with React for one profile.
• Azure Exposure: Proven experience working with Azure cloud services.
• Senior-Level Experience: At least 9 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of handling complex projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Financial/Banking Experience: Previous experience working on financial or banking projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address tricky questions and challenges effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and precision in coding and project management.
