Hatfield Elementary School seeks applications for an Educational Support Professional. An ESP is responsible for providing hands-on support to a Teacher when implementing lessons or supporting the instruction of students in the classroom. This includes working with small groups of students with and without disabilities and, at times, offering individual assistance to students in the classroom. ESPs may assist in helping with behavior management during lessons, tracking a student’s behavior, and setting up classroom materials before and during class.
