Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on employment-related matters
- Conduct research and analysis on complex employment issues
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other documents
- Represent clients in employment disputes and litigation
Requirements:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey bar
- At least 3 years of experience in employment law (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
