What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position at Hathaway Partners?
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organization's liability in various claims.
Responsibilities:
- Timely review policy checking notes from policy checkers and make corrections to the policy as necessary. Review issues with Client Executive as necessary. As needed, check policies on your own as needed if time allows or a rush situation. Manage the timely delivery of the policies to the client either via email, in person or via online portal.Assist Client Executives in completion of Stewardship Reports.
- Review loss run and claim status reports.
- Prepare Loss Summaries and Large Loss Reports.
- Periodic visits to clients with Client Executive, including active participation in new business and renewal preparation and presentation.
- Assist with collections of Accounts Receivables.
- Participate in E&O Audits.
- Establish and consistently maintain effective and positive working relationships with Associates and clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, investigations or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- P&C License
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
