This position is on W2 on full time basis only, no sub-contracting is allowed at this time.

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ruby, Rails, and the MVC pattern. They will also be proficient in object-oriented programming and have experience with testing and debugging.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications
  • Work with other developers to build scalable and reliable applications
  • Write clean, well-documented code
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
  • Mentor and train junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Ruby and Rails technologies

Qualifications :

  • 8 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience with testing and debugging
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for building great software
