- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about Hatley Pointe facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with equipment
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk operations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls professionally
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
