We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Director to lead our efforts in promoting the resort, increasing guest engagement, and driving business growth.
Job Overview:
As the Marketing Director, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight Hatley Pointe’s unique offerings. You will oversee all aspects of branding, advertising, social media, and public relations while working closely with department leaders to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Hatley Pointe's services, events, and amenities.
- Lead branding efforts to maintain a consistent and compelling image across all platforms.
- Manage and Develop all digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and website content.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to enhance visibility and reach.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate and promote special events, seasonal offerings, and resort activities.
- Lead a small team of marketing staff and external vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Experience in the hospitality, resort, or tourism industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing software, including CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
