Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Snow Groomer Operator to join our team for the winter season. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating grooming machinery to maintain and prepare ski slopes and trails, ensuring optimal conditions for our guests. Previous experience as a snow groomer is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate snow grooming equipment to prepare and maintain ski slopes and trails.
- Monitor snow conditions and make adjustments to grooming techniques as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on grooming machinery.
- Collaborate with the mountain operations team to ensure timely opening of slopes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and resort policies.
