As a Hattie Larlham Direct Care Worker , you will help care for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Mantua location.

Opening :
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location : Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
Flexible schedules :
1st Shift : 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm
2nd Shift : 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm
3rd Shift : 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am
FT 40 hours per week or PT 24 hours per week.
Every other weekend and holiday required.
What You'll Do :
Help children and adults with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, and eating.
Receive training to help you feel confident in your abilities and skills.
Document accomplishments of the people in your care.
Feel appreciated by the residents, families, staff, and administration.
Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.
Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.

Requirements :
High School Diploma / GED, preferred.
