Hattie Larlham ICF Group Homes is in need of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can monitor, document, and provide health care services to persons served as outlined in their plan of Care and IHP.
Opening :
- Part-time LPN : 30 hours per week, 6 : 30am - 3 : 00pm, EOW / EOH
- Location : We are a home-like environment providing care to the 8 individuals with developmental disabilities that live in our Uniontown home.
Job Duties :
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor, document, and provide health care services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as outlined in their care plan. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, medication administration and active treatment of people served.
