The Residential Manager / Program Coordinator leads a dedicated team of Home Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high quality services, programs and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Coordinator oversees service delivery and staff management for multiple residential homes in the Summit County area. The ideal candidate is familiar with DODD and Medicaid has previous group home supervisory experience and is an effective coach, mentor, trainer, and role model for direct reports.

- Residential Manager / Program Coordinator
- Location: Summit County with an office based in Uniontown
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st shift, on-call required
- Bachelor's degree in a human services related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar position required.
- Ohio driver's license with less than 6 points.
- Current auto insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program service delivery for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health problems and chronic health care needs, with a minimum of one of those years being in a supervisory role required.
- Microsoft Office365 experience required.
- CPR & First Aid certification required - free training provided.
