What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Nurse Consultant / Trainer position at Hattie Larlham?
The Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant / Trainer provides training and consulting for Hattie Larlham's Community Services programs.
Opening:
- Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant / Trainer
- Full-Time 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, on-call evenings and weekends
- Location: Community Services - Uniontown, OH
Responsibilities:
- Provide Medication Administration training for non-licensed staff
- Maintain the state MAIS system for all certified staff
- Consult / assist regarding medical issues concerning persons served
- Transcription of feeding and medication orders
- Provide nurse on-call coverage
- Attend medical appointments of person served
- Prepare all Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (QARN) reviews
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensed in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Train the Trainer / Delegated Nursing Certificate preferred
- BLS CPR Certificate
