The Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant / Trainer provides training and consulting for Hattie Larlham's Community Services programs.
Opening :
Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant / Trainer
Full-Time 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 8am-4 : 30pm, on-call evenings and weekends
Location : Community Services - Uniontown, OH
Responsibilities :
Provide Medication Administration training for non-licensed staff
Maintain the state MAIS system for all certified staff
Consult / assist regarding medical issues concerning persons served
Transcription of feeding and medication orders
Provide nurse on-call coverage
Attend medical appointments of person served
Prepare all Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (QARN) reviews
Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Licensed in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
Valid Ohio Driver's License
Train the Trainer / Delegated Nursing Certificate preferred
BLS CPR Certificate
