POSITION SUMMARY :
The Customer Service Representative verifies insurance and account information; updates account information as needed; counsels patients regarding account status and answers questions related to disputed balances; obtains information necessary to handle patient complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; previous medical office registration / billing experience is required; computer knowledge; excellent people skills; must have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
WORK SCHEDULE :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
