What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Technician Level 1 - Information Systems position at Hattiesburg Clinic?
POSITION SUMMARY : Requires skill in troubleshooting and configuration of printers, PC's, Microsoft Windows, and related software applications; maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office; on-site and telephone support for the use of hardware and software; make sure all support requests are documented completely; respond to all calls that come into the Helpdesk in accordance with departmental procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience is recommended. Knowledge of TCP / IP networks is helpful, but not required. Applicant must be willing to do limited travel.
WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., some weekends on call.
