POSITION SUMMARY :
The Receptionist functions as an intermediary between staff, patients, peers, and visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective care.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Highly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regards to time management; Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programs
WORK SCHEDULE :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
