What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Network Administrator - Information Systems position at Hattiesburg Clinic?
POSITION SUMMARY : The Senior Network Administrator works with their team members to design and oversee server-side and router / switch elements of the organization's network infrastructure. The senior network administrator also makes decisions regarding network upgrades and repairs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Microsoft or Cisco certifications and / or five (5) years of experience in network management, required
- Basic Windows / Unix System Admin, TCP / IP Networking, and VOIP experience, required
- Experience with Cisco routing and switching required at a CCNP level (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, route re-distribution, prefix lists), required
- Extensive experience configuring and managing software and hardware related to LANs and WANs, required
- Experience with Cisco ISE, preferred
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations / timelines; timely and dependable
- Must be able to multi-task, work independently and be very detail oriented
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS :
WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 A.M. - 5 : 00P.M.
