Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Frontend / Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge AI SaaS product. We're a company based out of New York City's Flatiron District, building cool technologies. Working at Hatz AI will have you learning new technologies and give you the ability to experiment with new and popular AI frameworks before running an implementation. We're looking for someone who has strong foundational engineering skills.

As a Senior Front End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to create seamless and efficient user experiences. Your expertise in developing fully functional and scalable frontend applications will be essential in implementing robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Web Applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
Implement responsive design principles to maintain a seamless user experience across various devices.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications are current and competitive.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.

Proficiency in ReactJS and Typescript

Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have skills :

Experience working with generative AI APIs, streaming outputs, embeddings, and tool calling.

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

Knowledge of GraphQL.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL and Row Level Security
