Accounts Specialist Requirements
- Answer phone: Must Maintain Office Communication
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals is a MUST (excel professional)
- Attention to Detail and Reliable
- Customer Service
- Requires learning necessary applications to assist our technicians and customers successfully.
- Inventory Management
- Create templates based on job needs.
- File job folders
- File accounts receivable
- Maintain printed inventory of job sheets, estimate, and change order forms.
- Misc. cleaning and organizational skills required.
- Accounting background is a bonus.
- Basic office duties
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong computer skills required, with a particular emphasis on Excel skills.
- Competent in all Microsoft products, scheduling, and Google.
