What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Haulotte US, Inc.?
Warehouse Associates are responsible for carrying out the logistics of shipping and receiving, processing, storing, and receiving inventory according to purchase orders and filling and shipping orders received from our customers.
Essential Functions
- Make sure all shipping orders are picked, packed, and secure for delivery
- Perform annual inventory counting to insure accurate inventory levels
- Collaborate with procurement staff to reorder any damage merchandise that is undeliverable
- Communicate with management if merchandise cannot be located
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect all outgoing packages ensuring merchandise is secure and properly packaged.
- Restocking shelves with weekly received merchandise.
- Document and scan all incoming merchandise for accurate locations.
- Unpack delivery shipments and compare packing list to purchase orders for accuracy.
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated location or customer orders.
- Make sure all delivery addresses and shipping methods are correct to insure proper and timely deliveries ex. (ups ground, ups express, fed ex, dhl, etc.).
- Inspect all merchandise for any damages and notify supplier or shipper if damages are found.
- Load trucks in secure manner so merchandise is not damaged in transit.
- Maintain neat and clean work area, restock all packing materials, and remove any trip hazards from off floor.

Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience is required.
