POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager for our Haum Studios - FL. This role reports directly to the studio owner and is responsible for overall management of the studio operations, sales personnel, and customer service. The Studio Manager has a key role in payroll, staff management, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring the studio's profitability. The Studio Manager should lead with Radical Inclusivity, Integrity, Perseverance, and Fearlessness.

  • You have experience with payroll processing and managing financials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership and Management:

  • Direct and oversee all studio operations ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans alongside the Founder that align with the studio's mission and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the leadership team fostering a culture of growth, customer service excellence, and team unity.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop the Studio Host Team.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies alongside the Founder to drive revenue growth, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Drive sales through the promotion of services and products in line with the strategy set by the Founder.
  • Review financial data, prepare management reports, and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to develop new client attraction and conversion strategies, then execute these strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client care are maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an environment of open communication.
  • Promote the studio's services and create a strong brand presence within the local community.
  • Act as an ambassador for the studio in the community, promoting the benefits and understanding of yoga.

Operations:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the studio and ensure that it is a safe and inviting environment for staff and clients.
  • Manage studio supplies, handle necessary repairs and maintenance as needed, and ensure the security and safety of the studio.
  • Develop and monitor programming execution for growth in attendance and revenue.

Administrative:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of studio operations, finances, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and client conversion and retention metrics on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Send weekly team communications.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a proven track record in a leadership role within the yoga, fitness, or wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience in payroll processing and managing financials is required.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Must have previously practiced at the studio and understand the community and culture.

REPORTS TO: Founder

SUPERVISES: This position supervises the front desk staff (studio hosts) and contractors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in the studio. Consistent hours and presence at the studio are expected though the exact schedule is flexible. Intermittent evening and weekend work may be required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Full-time position (40 hrs/week)
  • Salary-based pay depending on experience and skills.
