Overview

The Quality Director will be responsible for all aspects of quality within the organization.They will handle product and packaging quality.Work with manufacturers and the Haus Labs team to develop standards as well as set up quality dossiers with our third-party manufacturers.

What You’ll Do

• Quality audits of third-party manufacturers (TPM)
• Working with Product Development and Packaging to set standards for all components and finished goods. Follow-up with yearly reviews
• Maintaining TPM adherence to quality standards
• Quarterly quality checks at distribution center
• Handling all quality related issues. Working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve
• Set up and initiate quality dossiers with manufacturing
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with third party manufacturers for setting standards and developing dossiers
• Prioritization and negotiation skills managing quality issues with suppliers
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements a plus
• Extensive knowledge of the beauty industry a plus
• Minimum of 5 years quality experience
