Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending services and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Conduct vehicle inspections
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional to improve their overall experience.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on their vehicle status
- Efficiently order and manage parts for our mechanics to ensure smooth and timely repairs.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer service from start to finish.
Experience:
- Prior experience in used automotive service or repair industry preferred
- Knowledge of brake repair, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical systems
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
