We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Organizing Specialist to join our team and help bring order, simplicity, and elegance to our clients’ homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing various areas of client homes, including closets, kitchens, offices, and more.
- Collaborate with the lead organizer to execute customized organization plans tailored to each client‘s needs.
- Sort, declutter, and categorize items with attention to aesthetics, function, and space optimization.
- Ensure all organizing projects reflect the client’s lifestyle and maintain the company’s luxury standards.
- Maintain and implement sustainable, eco-friendly practices during organizing projects.
- Help with unpacking and organizing during relocation or concierge moving services.
- Provide closet styling assistance by coordinating items and creating visually appealing layouts when needed.
- Respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional organizing, interior design, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Twin Cities area.
Compensation:
- $20-22 hour, based on experience and project scope.
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs.
