Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing and advertising production design projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients (and vendors), ensuring clear and timely communication
- Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using Monday.com and Airtable
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, producers, and account managers to ensure alignmen
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and client expectations
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing, creative, or advertising agencies
- Proven success managing complex design or creative production workflows
- Experience working with clients in the entertainment industry is a strong plus
- Strong command of Monday.com, Airtable, and Jira for project tracking, as well as Google Sheets/Docs. Familiarity with digital asset fulfillment & management systems for project delivery.
- Familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Comfortable working independently while integrating into cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
- Exposure to version control systems or asset management tools used in creative production
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies)
