What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Hausmann Construction?

As we continue to expand, were looking for an experienced Concrete Laborer in the Omaha market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing the Site: Assist with material and equipment staging for maximum efficiency; set up and align forms to create walls, pillars, walkways, and other structures
- Mixing and Pouring Concrete: Assist in maintaining a proper supply of concrete so that operations remain constant
- Finishing Concrete Surfaces: Guide the concrete to the proper place; direct the driver of the mixing truck as to where to best be positioned; smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools
- Cleanup: General clean-up of site and building organization; track small tools used and store appropriately at the end of the workday
