What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Construction Manager - Lincoln position at Hausmann Construction?
Hausmann has steadily matured into one of the regions premier commercial general contracting, construction management, and design build firms. Our team is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Pre-Construction team as a Pre-Construction Manager.
This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the pre-construction processes with owners, design teams and subcontractors, as well as gathering proposals, maintaining cost data and trends, and representing the company at pre-construction / pre-bid meetings.
The Pre-Construction position is responsible for generating and coordinating bid schedules, maintaining multiple estimates and budgets simultaneously, creating and maintaining preconstruction schedules for multiple projects and transitioning the team from pre-con to the construction phase.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, along with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction related degree, and past experience with the pre-construction phase of projects will all be sought in a successful applicant.
