Are you passionate about safety? Seeking to effectively assist with running the day-to-day safety compliance of construction jobsites? This position will be responsible to work alongside the Safety Team in all phases of safety compliance and training by helping to administer the company’s safety program on a daily basis. The Safety Manager will provide guidance, direction and training to all onsite crews in the areas of OSHA compliance, as well as federal, state and local safety rules and regulations applicable to Hausmann Construction.
The Safety Manager will help ensure company-wide training is conducted, assist in accident investigations, participate in regular jobsite compliance inspections and take corrective action when needed, and confirm that safety is the top priority at every stage of a project. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and project support is a must.
