Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lash Instructor to join our team at Haut Institute of Esthetics. This position plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of lash students by delivering high-quality training in various lash techniques. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States and will contribute significantly to our educational mission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures on various esthetic techniques, including hair styling, makeup application, and facials.
• Provide hands-on training to students in lash services such as classic set, hybrid set, volume set, fills, removals, and more.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the beauty industry, particularly in esthetics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of lash treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Teaching experience or a passion for educating others is preferred but not required.
• Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Lash License is required!
