Haute Coffee in Concord, MA is looking for cashiers and floaters to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 12 Walden Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Fulfill pastries, cold brews, teas, and other non-espresso orders
- Keep orders organized by time sensitivity and mark off received goods such as pastries, etc.
- Assisting baristas and other team members by restocking, setting up drinks, and running food to tables
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
