Industrial Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Execute custodial duties in both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, which may include minor repairs or upkeep of equipment.
• Carry out industrial cleaning duties in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Support porter services by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
• Engage in residential painting projects when required, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in industrial cleaning environments is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing assigned tasks.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work environments.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
