We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to fill the role of Coordinating Services Part Time. This position requires the ability to work independently and provide support services to consumers on weekends. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a valid Ohio driver's license.
About the Job Description:
- Provide transportation to consumers as needed
- Assist with ambulation and/or transfer of consumers with mobility impairments
- Write progress notes for each consumer
- Communicate important information through all appropriate means
- Adjust staff schedules to meet changing needs
About the Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and a valid Ohio driver's license
- A satisfactory background check and satisfactory drug test are required
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be eligible for employment in the United States
About the Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $14.42 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for benefits and may receive a SIGN ON BONUS at 90 and 180 Days.
