We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Weekend On Call Position. This role requires the ability to work independently and provide support services to consumers on weekends. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a valid Ohio driver's license.
About the Job Description:
- Maintain accurate records of consumer information
- Assist with ambulation and/or transfer of consumers with mobility impairments
- Work at least a four-hour shift without assistance
- Adjust staff schedules to meet changing needs
- Be available by phone during designated hours
- Report maintenance and repair needs
About the Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and a valid Ohio driver's license
- A satisfactory background check and satisfactory drug test are required
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be eligible for employment in the United States
About the Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14.42 per hour, plus benefits. Employees may also receive a SIGN ON BONUS at 90 and 180 Days.
