We are looking for a sales and growth-oriented manager that can effectively lead and grow a branch.

Requirements:

• Management Skills in Pest Control Industry
• Licensing/Permit in Pest Control Industry
• Route experience a plus
• Valid driver's license/insurable
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Background/drug test performed and past prior to start date
• Previous sales and managerial experience are preferred.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Grow territory with sales and develop customer relationships
• Maintain a service route for customers
• Daily management of 3 employees
• Pest Control/Termite experience a plus
• Manage scheduling and collecting for both residential and commercial accounts for entire branch
• Staying up to date on required training classes
• Quick response to calls and customer needs
• Maintain communication with corporate office
