Requirements:
Goal driven, focused, outgoing, and energetic.
Ability to build relationships with clients while demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Able to do an inspection of entire home/business to identify pest, harborage, and entry points. Based on findings provide expert knowledge to communicate and provide services for solutions.
Strong follow up on all leads and past proposals to close all sales opportunities.
Excellent verbal communications with emphasis on conversations with customers for presentation and follow ups.
Complete all forms/graphs daily on Pestpac and submit proposals to customers.
Work closely with Branch Manager, Technicians, Call center, and Corporate Management to identify areas of opportunity.
Min 3 years sales experience required.
Able to do outside marketing and create leads on Residential and commercial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
