Job Description :
- Work with creatives to develop strategic design solutions for media campaigns and brand design, consumer insights, trend mapping, and campaign execution.
- Present final layouts and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Confer with clients and creative directors to determine objectives, background information, and deliver actionable strategies.
- Formulate layout design, presentation approaches, and specify style, type, photographs, graphics, video, sound, and animation.
- Keep up with new technologies, and current design trends, and use research methodologies to write a brand value proposition, architecture deck, and improve brand positioning and attributes.
- Review illustrative material to determine if it conforms to standards and specifications for brand design.
- Define the agency’s approach to creating brand architecture and modern-day positioning for its gaming function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Media Communications or Graphic Arts
- 2 years of experience developing and executing creative strategies for advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives within the gaming and esports industry and non-endemic brands looking to leverage gaming and esports, including linear advertising, as well as gaming-focused spaces: in-game, gaming content, streaming platforms, and esports events.
The salary range for this role is $155,000-$210,000 annually.
