What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Paid Social position at Havas Media Network?
Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for an Associate to join the Paid Social Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.
The Associate, Paid Social works within the Havas Performance Investment team to actively manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns and accounts serviced by the group. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Havas Social campaigns run smoothly and seamlessly from set up at briefing stage to invoicing and post-campaign analysis. This role reports to the Social Supervisor.
A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
- Use Havas internal tools & social media platforms to effectively run and troubleshoot all steps of the paid social campaign life cycle
- Accurately own and manage the complete campaign life cycle
- Creative and pixel management
- Audience exploration
- On-platform campaign set-up that aligns with trading best practices and campaign objectives
- Learning and executing optimization techniques
- Provide campaign insights and optimization recommendations during and post flights
- Data reporting and analysis
- On-going account management
- Develop and use advanced knowledge of Havas tools, processes, best practices, and social platforms relevant to the role
- Pro-active and regular optimization of social campaigns to achieve client KPIs
- Communicate thorough optimization recommendations with rationale to account leads to ensure KPI goals are being met
- Pro-active monitoring of and updates to campaign pacing to achieve Havas Social’s business goals
- Accurate entry of social campaign information into pacing tools
- Update and send regular reporting for campaigns managed inclusive of weekly spend & insight reports, ad hoc audience, and creative reports
- Immediate & effective communication of any campaign issues (pacing, performance, creative rejections) to Social Supervisor
- Identify areas to contribute to wider team initiatives by sharing knowledge, developing resources, and working as a team player
- Actively engage in team meetings & partner office hours to build a working knowledge of the industry & tools used

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
