What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Programmatic position at Havas Media Network?
Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for an Associate to join the Programmatic Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.
The Programmatic Associate supports all aspects of delivery for programmatic campaigns and is operating media buying for a client portfolio. You must be a self-starter with a desire to challenge yourself by acquiring new knowledge and skills. You should have keen attention to detail and be driven by client satisfaction.
The opportunity is to join a growing team as we build our trading desk to service new and long-standing clients. You will help drive success for a broad range of digitally savvy advertisers in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. Working within a close network of traders you will be responsible for proposing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms (DSPs) for your own portfolio of clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
- Use Havas’ industry-leading tools to set-up and manage programmatic campaigns
- Own and manage the complete programmatic campaign life-cycle inclusive of;
- Creative and pixel management
- Learning and executing optimization techniques
- Reporting generation inclusive of audience insights, data reporting, site list generation
- On-going account management, making recommendations
- Coordinating and executing updates to programmatic media plans
- Keeping abreast of industry developments, learning new technology platforms to provide recommendations to client teams
Trading operations:
- Operate programmatic trading operations for a client portfolio
- Follow the trading process from brief to report
- Actívate digital media plan as defined
- Apply quality, safety, accuracy, and best practices
Programmatic campaigns optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaigns
- Ensure objectives and budgets are hit
- Ensure clients SLA
WHAT YOU’LL NEED/SKILLS:
- Prior internship or familiarity with media advertising
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
