Overview:
- Operate media planning and buying (when required) for your client portfolio on your channel in alignment with Mx Development guidelines (omnichannel strategy) and usage of appropriate decision frameworks.
- Ensure the smooth running of campaigns respecting deadlines.
- Ensure client satisfaction on the campaign delivery and performance.
- Be accountable for reaching the target objectives/productivity plan, driving the trading teams in reaching their objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team (Senior Planners through Account Director) to develop integrated communication strategy for your client base.
- Leverage tools and research to develop insights and ideas.
- Planning and execution of media plans as it pertains to assignment/agreed strategy (presentations, blocking charts, Prisma trafficking)
- Work alongside specialized teams (SEM, social, programmatic) to integrate digital expertise where required.
- Managing direct vendor communications including RFP requests
- Ensure accuracy of computer input, estimates and planned data. Quality control of all components.
- Issuance of schedules, documentation, financials required to keep the project/campaign on track, on schedule and within budget for the client
- Support in financial discrepancy processing both with vendor and agency finance team
- Understanding of BCR (Budget Control Reports) to ensure quality control across client financials
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1 years of experience in media planning across all channels (print, broadcast, digital, social, OOH)
- Knowledge of research and media tools including Media Ocean suite of products
- Competency in digital campaign management including end to end trafficking process
- Great communication skills including verbal and written. Ability to prepare clear and concise emails and client-ready documents.
- Comfortable working in PowerPoint and excel
- Organized, accurate and attentive to detail
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrated ability to follow through
Technical skills:
- Media planning tools
- Operational performance management tools (Pilot, IOMT)
- Business intelligence software (i.e. Tableau, Datorama, Power BI)
- Advertising technologies (e.g. ad servers, ad platforms)
- Office software
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 Annually DOE.
