What You’ll Do

- Own the Campaign Life-Cycle: Take charge of every step, from initial setup to post-campaign analysis, ensuring flawless execution and results.
- Drive Performance: Use advanced DSP knowledge to proactively optimize campaigns, driving exceptional outcomes that meet client KPIs.
- Lead Insights: Generate in-depth reports, delivering actionable insights that impress clients and inform strategy.
- Innovate & Grow Accounts: Suggest and implement innovative solutions that fuel account growth and elevate client performance.
- Mentor the Team: Share your expertise and best practices with junior traders, supporting their growth and development.
- Be a Thought Leader: Stay ahead of the curve by actively contributing to industry discussions and evolving programmatic strategies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, client education, and campaign troubleshooting.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Expertise: 1.5 years managing programmatic campaigns within DSPs.
- Strong Analytical Skills: A degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Science, Mathematics), with advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ad servers like Campaign Manager and a passion for staying on top of the latest media technologies.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: You thrive in an environment where precision matters, and you’re always focused on driving performance.
