Le attività riguarderanno principalmente: Gestione convenzioni aziendali (stipula/rinnovo/monitoraggio); Gestione adempimenti sicurezza uffici; Richiesta preventivi ai fornitori; Gestione e acquisto materiali e beni di consumo (cancelleria, caffè, acqua, ecc); Gestione spedizioni aziendali; Organizzazione eventi aziendali (interni o con esterni) su Milano e Roma; Gestione e controllo parco auto aziendali categorie Ce D (cambio gomme, tagliando, ricezione/verifica sanzioni, auto sostitutive, rapporti con società di noleggio); Logistica uffici ordinaria (piccole manutenzione e risoluzione problemi). Requisiti essenziali: Buon uso di Excel; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office; Pazienza, disponibilità e flessibilità.
