Job Description : Havas PR Milan, Agenzia del gruppo Havas, ricerca per ampliamento dell'organico una figura di Account Assistant da inserire nella divisione Public Affairs, Lobbying & Advocacy. La risorsa inserita avrà l'opportunità di fare esperienza e crescere in un'agenzia di respiro internazionale. Supporterà il team nella gestione di diversi clienti, sia nazionali che internazionali, operativi in diversi settori, con un particolare focus nell’ambito healthcare. Nello specifico si occuperà di supportare il team nelle seguenti attività: Gestione progetti di comunicazione integrata collaborando con le altre unit dell’Agenzia Supporto al coordinamento e all’organizzazione di eventi Relazione con il Cliente e gestione degli stakeholder chiave del mondo istituzionale Aggiornamento costante tramite ricerche utili al team (es. monitoraggio media, aggiornamenti istituzionali, politici e legislativi) Redazione materiali per clienti (es. mappatura degli stakeholder, lettere di ingaggio) Supportare attivamente tutte le nuove opportunità di business partecipando a brainstorming, conducendo ricerche ed elaborando presentazioni dedicate Requisiti: Laurea in Comunicazione & Marketing, Relazioni Internazionali, Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche o equivalenti; Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese e capacità di elaborare ed esporre testi in entrambe le lingue. Ottime skill relazionali e di lavoro in team Ambiti di competenza: public affairs, advocacy, market access e comunicazione Solide capacità di ricerca e analisi Capacità di rispettare le scadenze dando le giuste priorità Capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente Computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Proattività, Curiosità, passione ed entusiasmo Sarà considerato un plus avere una precedente esperienza nel ruolo o nell’ambito delle attività PA.
