On the daily, you will directly assist customers, process transactions, help merchandise the sales floor, and play a vital role in making our retail experience a positive one. Top-notch customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and efficiently handle deliveries, inventory, and stock. POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• 1 Part-time sales associate, must be able to work mornings, weekends and some evenings. This position is currently only 12-20 hours. As well as possible fill-in hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Advise customers by providing recommendations & information on products.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient point of sale (POS) experience by processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain security of all cash.
• Bag customer purchases and offer additional assistance if needed.
• Use reasonable judgment to solve customer problems.
• Maintain scheduling commitments.
• Provide samples and a tasting experience for customers.
• Maintain a high level of good customer service.
• Display expert product knowledge.
• Accurately receive merchandise and follow check-in guidelines.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Heavy lifting of merchandise, including unloading pallets of product.
• Responsibly maintains merchandise presentation and replenishment of products.
• Adhere to and uphold policies and procedures.
• Be self-motivated as well as work as a team and take direction.
• Must be a foodie!
• Previous retail experience a PLUS!

• * This position requires you to work morning shifts starting at 8:45am, some evenings working until 6:15 and weekends as needed, are you able to commit to this schedule?
• * Once you are fully trained, the availability for the part-time sales associate will be 2-3 shifts a week. The right candidate will be offered more positions as we move into our busy season (October – March). Are you available to work the 2-3 shifts and then have more shifts added during busy season?
