Position Summary :

Front office SupervisorJOB SUMMARYThe Front office Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day clinic functions of the Primary Care office to deliver a professional and comprehensive service to all our customers. Responsible for oversite and training all new front office staff. Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Ensures maximum employee and departmental performance by conducting on-going analysis and providing appropriate training and developmental opportunities. Review a variety of reports daily to ensure staff are productive and to ensure any problems are resolved quickly. Manages staff relations including performance, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Maintains own professional growth through appropriate organizations, workshops, seminars, and other self-directed education. Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels daily and providing support as needed to cover functions. Responsible for educating staff on Front office duties. Engage and communicate with providers to facilitate documentation completion per required rules and regulations. Monitors all functions and provides quality control requirements. Responsible for the overall security and integrity of patient medical records and documentation. Reports to : Market Manager and Director of Physician Services. FLSA : Non-exempt

Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum Education

X High school diploma or equivalent X Required

X Two years of college X Preferred or 5 years of previous lead or front office experience Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
