We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to patient access, including registration, scheduling, and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Registration and verification of patient information
- Scheduling appointments and procedures
- Communication with patients and their families
- Data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred
- 2-4 years of recent, progressive healthcare-related experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Intermediate data analytics and MS Excel skills required
