Job Summary:
The Wool Sound Panel Product Manager will oversee the development, production, and market strategy of wool-based acoustic panels. This role combines product expertise, cross-functional coordination, and customer insight to drive innovation, quality, and commercial success in the growing field of sustainable sound management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development and refinement of wool sound panels, ensuring optimal acoustic performance and sustainability.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to bring new products to market.
- Manage vendor relationships and sourcing of natural wool and complementary materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on trends in acoustics, architecture, and green building.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and building codes/regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.
- 3 years in product management, preferably in building materials, acoustics, or sustainable products.
- Strong understanding of acoustic performance standards and materials science.
- Experience working with manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sustainability and innovative design.
