About the Role
- Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions to patients as assigned.

- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
- Provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement nursing interventions to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for Behavioral Health Technicians.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred.
