Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
- Oversight of care provision during assigned shifts
- Serves as a resource for direct care staff
- Supports the Director of Nursing with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement, and other activities
