Job Summary
Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a skilled RN House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure delivery of high-quality specialty behavioral health services.
You will be responsible for coordinating on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, providing support to the DON with staffing, staff education, and other activities assigned, and assisting in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational, and performance improvement efforts.
